​Making & delivery time
Each limit latex item is handmade to order. We try to dispatch everything as quickly as possible. See current making time for webshop orders and bespoke latex pieces at the top of the website.
Pleas note: the making time will start after we've received all correct measurements.

Prices VAT for non-EU customers
All prices in our webshop are shown including 21% EU VAT.
Customers outside the European Union (for example the United States) are not required to pay VAT.
Because VAT is already included in our prices, we provide a discount code that removes the VAT amount at checkout. Use the code "non-EU-VAT"
Please note: this discount applies only to orders shipped outside the EU.

We are currently working on a new website where VAT will be automatically adjusted based on your location. Until then, this discount code ensures that non-EU customers do not pay EU VAT.

Ordering with pre-existing pattern
When you want to make an order for an item that can be made with a pre-existing pattern (from Fantastic Rubber), please contact me over email beforehand. That way we can make sure you will be able to get the appropriate discount.​

Shipping
Your latex will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged discretely for posting.

We strive to provide shipping options worldwide. If you don't see your country listed during checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@limitlatex.com
We're happy to assist you with shipping arrangements to your location.

We are located in the Netherlands we ship with DHL and FedEx.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
​
Once a package has been sent it is no longer our responsibility if the buyer was not home to receive the package and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they retrieve their package from their local Post office. If a package is sent back to our shop it is the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping again to resend.

Express shipping
If you place an order that you want to receive quickly a rush fee may be applied. This will be discussed with you during the order process.

Taxes & duties
All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country. You will need to take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates.​

Returns & refunds
Returns/refunds are not accepted, as every order is made to measure. But if you are having problems with your order, please message us using the contact form or send an email to info@limitlatex.com , and we'd be happy to work something out for you!
