Around the widest part of your upper arm

4 Circumference desired length

Around the part where you want the glove to end

5 Wrist-elbow

From the wrist up to the elbow line

6 Wrist-bicep

From the wrist up to the bicep line

7 Wrist-desired length

From the wrist up to the desire length
