Latex straps workshop SATURDAY JULY 18
During this one-day Latex Straps Workshop, you’ll learn how to work with 0.80 mm and 1.05 mm thick latex and stainless steel hardware. You’ll go home with beautiful thick latex straps or a collar.
The workshop will take place on SATURDAY JULY 18 from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Zonnebaan 12 in Utrecht. Free parking available.
The price includes materials, patterns, coffee, tea, and a vegetarian-friendly lunch.
Minimum 4 and maximum 6 participants.
What to expect during this workshop:
Learn how to work with thick latex
How to “laminate” two layers of latex to create an even thicker strap
How to use rubberized cotton to reinforce the hardware
How to make latex piping
Lots of stainless steel hardware

If you’re making the straps for someone else, it’s important to take their measurements beforehand! That way, you’ll know how long your strap or collar needs to be.
What’s available for you during the workshop:
Guidance and tips to help you bring your idea to life
Cutting mats, rotary cutters, and rollers for everyone to use
Latex for the chosen item
Coffee, tea, cookies, and a basic lunch
What will you take home at the end of the workshop?
A small bottle of latex glue
And of course, your handmade latex straps or collar!
You’ll spend most of the time standing (it’s easiest to work at the higher tables in the studio), so wear comfortable shoes.
